Construction of profiles of men who have committed gender violence

Abstract

A systematization of a reflection is exposed, based on the experience carried out in a Reparation Program for Serious Child Abuse and Sexual Abuse, which –having as its focus the restitution of violated childhood rights– develops actions with significant male adults who have committed gender violence , witnessed by children and young people. Profiles of people who have perpetrated violence are built, which allow defining the scope and limits of the intervention and methodological strategies are implemented to address violence in the intervention, including the support required by the teams that execute it.
